Amity Schools Introduce "Study Abroad" Initiative with a Spectacular Grand Open House in 2025
The Amity Group of Schools, under the leadership of Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, recently organised the Amity Open House 2025, marking the launch of their new initiative, the "Study@Abroad" program [1]. The program offers a range of services, including individualised student profile assessments, one-on-one counseling, guidance for international assessments like SAT, AP, IELTS, TOEFL, detailed instructions on university applications and shortlisting, and pre-departure orientation for life in a foreign country [1][3].
The Amity Open House 2025 served as the first step in the "Study@Abroad" journey, offering clarity and direction to students interested in studying abroad. The Open House featured guidance sessions and presentations by experts and government officials from relevant departments, enhancing students' understanding of international education processes [3].
Official representatives from six top educational destinations - the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan - attended the event. Speakers included Ms. Vishu Sharma from the British Council (United Kingdom), Ms. Misha Mehrotra from the Australian Trade and Investment Commission - Austrade (Australia), Ms. Bhupinder Kaur from Education New Zealand - South Asia (New Zealand), Ms. Rupali Verma from EducationUSA (United States), Ms. Rashi Khanduja from the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service (Germany), and Ms. Priyanka Bangia from Higher Education Japan (Japan) [4].
In addition to these speakers, government-appointed experts provided objective, first-hand information about studying abroad, including government-funded scholarships, application procedures, academic structures, visa requirements, and overseas student support networks [1][3].
