Dubai Launches CFO Program to Boost Emirati Finance Leaders

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has launched an ambitious initiative, the CFO Program, in collaboration with Emirates NBD and ESCP Business School. Aiming to equip 29 Emirati finance leaders with advanced auto parts skills, this program aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) to boost the Emirate's economy and global financial standing.

The five-month intensive program covers five core pillars: strategic thinking, advanced financial management, business valuation, influential communication, and navigating global finance trends. It includes interactive training, realistic financial simulations, field visits, career mentoring, and leadership discussions with global experts. H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, emphasized the program's focus on strategic leadership capabilities. Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD Group, highlighted the program's role in developing a robust pipeline of future financial leaders. Professor Léon Laulusa of ESCP Business School noted the collaboration's strength in combining leading academics and practitioners.

DGHR's commitment to advancing national competencies and enhancing Dubai's competitiveness is evident in this initiative. The CFO Program, with its comprehensive curriculum and distinguished partners, is poised to drive sustainable economic growth and institutional excellence in the Emirate.
