In Kazakhstan, a significant shift is underway in the educational sector with the introduction of the "Adal Azaimat" unified program. This program, part of broader educational reforms, is designed to foster values such as honesty and diligence among students.

The new academic year will see the implementation of the "Adal Azaimat" program across all educational institutions, including private ones. This move marks a first, as a unified visual standard will now be mandatory for private schools, ensuring equal conditions and consistent educational work throughout the country.

The "Adal Azaimat" program, officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Science's decree No. 123 dated May 26, 2025, aims to educate an honest and hardworking citizen. To achieve this goal, the program incorporates various elements that focus on character development, civic responsibility, practical skills, national values, and innovative teaching methods.

Character Education plays a crucial role, teaching values such as honesty, integrity, and respect for others. Civic Education encourages students to engage positively with their community and understand their role in society. Practical Skills training, such as vocational training, internships, or community service projects, is intended to prepare students for the workforce, instilling a sense of hard work and responsibility.

The program also emphasises national values and cultural heritage, aiming to instill a sense of pride and responsibility among students towards their country. Innovative teaching methods, like project-based learning or peer-to-peer mentoring, are employed to engage students actively in the learning process.

The "Adal Azaimat" program is a logical continuation of the previously implemented "Birtugis Tarbie" program, strengthening the partnership between schools, parents, and society. Each monthly theme in the program will logically connect lessons and extracurricular activities, such as justice, diligence, patriotism, etc.

Moreover, the interiors and exteriors of schools will be designed to reflect national educational values and culture, creating an educational space atmosphere that aligns with the program's objectives. Formats like "Onegeili 15 minutes", a kuy call, and national games will be introduced into the educational process, providing students with a diverse and engaging learning experience.

The "Adal Azaimat" program coordinated with government agencies, law enforcement agencies, health services, and internal policy services, ensuring a comprehensive approach to education. The program's implementation will ensure that Kazakhstan's educational system aligns with modern standards and values, producing well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also morally sound and socially responsible.
