Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the exam, which aims to provide an opportunity for those who failed to obtain the required grades or were absent in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) held in Chaitra 7, 2081 (March 2025).

**Eligibility and Application**

To be eligible for the Grade Improvement Exam, candidates must have appeared as regular examinees in the SEE and either failed to obtain the required grades or were absent. Along with the application form, candidates must submit a voucher for NPR 500/-, a copy of the admit card from the original SEE exam, and a copy of the gradesheet downloaded from the official website. These documents should be submitted through the respective schools to the Education Development and Coordination Unit. The deadline for submission is Shrawan 16, 2082 B.S. (mid-July 2025).

**Exam Schedule**

The supplementary exam will be conducted from Shrawan 29 to Bhadra 16, 2082 B.S. (mid to late August 2025), with exam timings from 8 AM to 11 AM.
