The job involves establishing and maintaining partnerships with schools and universities, actively participating in and shaping trade fairs, and building the Talent Circle community and designing trainee programs. Supporting and mentoring young talents, conducting independent consulting and interviews, and hiring are also part of the role.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will also enjoy flexible working hours and mobile work, as well as 30 vacation days, 24th and 31st of December off, and the option to individually increase annual vacation to 36 days.
The job requires conducting independent consulting and interviews, conceiving and realizing innovative projects along the Young Talents Journey, and presenting personnel matters in committees and building a trusting collaboration with the works council. Excellent communication skills and a confident manner with different stakeholders are a must.
