Hessian State Government Celebrates Over 3,700 Graduates in Successful Further Education Initiative
The Hessian state government has been actively promoting further education examinations, with a financial incentive of 3,500 euros for successful candidates. Minister of Economy, Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer, recently congratulated the graduates at a ceremony, highlighting their achievements and the importance of their qualifications to the regional economy.
Over 3,700 individuals have benefited from the free master training programme in its inaugural year. The Minister praised the graduates, stating that highly qualified specialists like them are crucial for the success of the Hessian economy. The Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Chambers of Crafts have been instrumental in this initiative, offering courses, conducting examinations, providing advice, and handling advancement bonus applications. These institutions have demonstrated their commitment to equivalence between vocational training and academic education, a principle that the Minister also emphasised.
The graduates received certificates for various advanced qualifications, including Industrial Master, Specialist in Business, Certified Accountant, and Personnel Manager/Personnel Manageress.
