IHK Stuttgart & HWK Stuttgart Launch Service to Streamline Skilled Worker Immigration
IHK Stuttgart and HWK Stuttgart have launched a new service, 'Company Service International Skilled Workers UIF', to aid member companies in streamlining the immigration process for skilled professionals. This initiative aims to fill vacancies with qualified foreign workers more efficiently.
The service offers comprehensive support, including targeted consulting on recruitment and integration strategies. It also assists with the recognition of foreign professional qualifications, helping companies find suitable trainees and employees. Additionally, it organises networking events and provides vital information on visa procedures and legal requirements.
IHK Stuttgart and HWK Stuttgart also aid in drafting company requirement profiles and advising on apprenticeship marketing. Furthermore, they support long-term qualification measures to ensure training positions and jobs are filled with skilled immigrants. While the visa application is the responsibility of the skilled worker, companies can assist by completing required documents. Employers can also accelerate the process under § 81a of the Residence Act with the support of the foreign authority.
IHK Stuttgart and HWK Stuttgart's 'Company Service International Skilled Workers UIF' is designed to simplify the immigration process for skilled workers, benefiting both companies and employees. By offering these services, they aim to help member companies fill vacancies more quickly and efficiently.
