Dr. Preethaa Ganesh, Vice President of the VELS Group of Institutions, inaugurated the VELS HR Conclave 2025. In her address, she emphasized the importance of future-ready education, industry-aligned curriculum, and employability skills.

A major highlight of the conclave was a panel discussion on skill development. The panel featured HR leaders from TCS, Schwing Stetter, HCL GUVI, Renault Nissan, and discussed the role of skill development in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, Six Sigma, and data-driven technologies.
