Lehigh Names New Board Members for the 2025-2026 Period

On July 1, 2025, several prestigious universities welcomed new members to their Boards of Trustees, bringing a diverse range of professional backgrounds and expertise.

At Bates College, four distinguished alumni were appointed. Jeanmarie Hester Cooper '85, a nonprofit leader with extensive board and development experience, joins the ranks. Peter J. Friedman '92, the managing partner and founder of Five by Five Capital LLC, also takes his seat. Sarah E. Norris, a partner and director of portfolio and wealth advisory at BBR Partners' Midwest office, and Jennifer VanBelle, an independent board director with over 25 years of senior leadership experience at General Electric Co., round out the new trustees.

La Salle University appointed three new trustees, including Leslie Davila '97, the Alumni Association President and ex officio board member.
