Let Confidence Grow: Mental Health Event in Bergisch Gladbach
On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Junge Beratungs- und Kontaktstelle der Kette is hosting an event at Paffrather Str. 48 in Bergisch Gladbach, titled 'Let confidence grow - Mentally strong into the future'. This event, part of Mental Health Week, aims to spark conversation and understanding about mental health.
The event, taking place from 15 to 18 PM, will feature an interactive action called 'I feel something you can't see'. This encourages visitors to express their emotions creatively, breaking down taboos and fostering open dialogue. Earlier that day, from 3 to 6 PM, a vernissage will be held at the same location, exploring the theme of dealing with negative feelings.
The Young Consulting and Contact Point of Die Kette e.V. is participating in this initiative, using the event to inspire mutual understanding and promote mental well-being.
The event 'Let confidence grow - Mentally strong into the future' is a significant step towards normalising mental health discussions. It provides a platform for creative expression and mutual support, helping attendees navigate negative feelings and build confidence.
