In a remarkable collaboration, UCLA composition students Kian Ravaei and Robby Good have co-orchestrated Wooli's single 'Crazy' featuring Case Ophelia Records. The duo assembled a 48-piece orchestra, including more than two-dozen UCLA students and alumni, for the recording of the strings-heavy EDM track at EastWest Studios in Los Angeles.

Robby Good, a Jerry Goldsmith Scholar and A. Atwater Kent Fellow, expressed satisfaction in seeing the orchestrated version of 'Crazy' come together. His counterpart, Kian Ravaei, who is also supported by the Henry Mancini Award and the Stanley Wilson Memorial Scholarship in Composition and Brass, expressed admiration for the magic of orchestral music, describing the performance as awe-inspiring.

Kian Ravaei, who conducted the orchestra alongside Robby Good, stated that leading the orchestra and working with Robby Good was a big help. Robby Good, in turn, conducted the orchestra for the recording.

The 48-piece orchestra, which performed at EastWest Studios, included a number of UCLA student and alumni performers: Neil Cole, Luke Candias, Kristine Llanderal, Taylor Lee, Iona Pay, Duncan Smith, Jessica Lipman, Austin Ali, Charles Brunson, Ethan Holmes, Hannah Stefureak, Jonathan Schlitt, Cash Langi, Maggie Pan, Christina Perez, Alec Norkey, Arielle Claire Kasyanova, Xenia Deviatkina-Loh, Isabella Mija Reyes, Lorenna Garcia, Leo Santi, Chris Cho, Haley Hedegard, Emma Yim, and Masiel Medina.

The release of the orchestrated 'Crazy' was the first official gig for many involved in over a year. The track was released on January 14. In addition to their work on 'Crazy', Kian Ravaei has also received the James Horner Composition Scholarship and the Elaine Krown Klein Fine Arts Scholarship this year.
