The successful candidate will also need knowledge of the community environment relevant to cycling network development and an understanding of strategic partners and funding landscapes. Experience in project management frameworks principles and implementation, as well as knowledge in transport planning and policy, within active travel or transport, would be highly advantageous.

The organization offers a variety of benefits, including a Personal Pension scheme, bike, computer, and season ticket loans, discount benefits, London Weighting Allowance, and a Death in service benefit. They are committed to being a truly inclusive employer and welcome applications from people from all parts of the community, particularly from under-represented groups.
