In a recent announcement, several important dates and guidelines have been set for various examinations taking place in Nepal. Here's a breakdown of the key points for students and educational institutions.

1. Candidates aiming to appear in the final examination must first pass the internal assessment examination.
2. The deadline for regular submission of the application form for these examinations is 2081 BS Magh 29, with late submissions accepted until 2081 BS Falgun 06. The bank account details for depositing the fee amount can be found in the notice.
3. For online entry in ITMS, schools, the regular fee period is from 2081/10/20 to 2081/10/29, and the late fee period is from 2081/11/01 to 2081/11/06. Late fees for ITMS or online entry in schools will be double the cost after the specified date.
4. Educational institutions must create separate files for regular and partial, and new and old courses, and register them with the provincial offices by the specified date.
5. Students registered from another educational institute should mention their names in the examination application and form, and a transfer letter should be attached.
6. The Diploma Level Examination for various programs under CTEVT will be held in the month of Chaitra. This examination will be conducted for students enrolled from the academic session 2076/077 (E.S. 2019).
7. The heads of the respective departments or designated coordinators at partner, community, private schools, and private educational institutions under the CTEVT council are responsible for submitting the exam registrations for diploma programs in engineering, hotel management, nutrition science, social work, business development, beauty and cosmetics, and agriculture for the first, second, and third-year regular/partial exams during the month of Chaitra in the year 2081.
8. The examination will also be conducted for students enrolled under the Special Scholarship Program. The examination fee will not be charged for regular candidates or candidates who have received classified (free) scholarships.
9. For partial examinees, the examination fee for one subject is Rs. 300, and for each additional subject, it is Rs. 150. The last date for uploading late fees, bank admission, and vouchers in ITMS online for educational institutions is 2081/11/08.
10. The examination application form gross receipt must be attached. The last date to pay regular school examination application fees, bank admission, and ITMS online or voucher uploading is 2081/10/30. After this date, payment of the prescribed due date requires double the cost.
11. It is important to note that only students who have registered and enrolled from the academic session 2076/077 (E.S. 2019) are allowed to fill out the examination application form.
12. Lastly, the bank voucher must be uploaded to ITMS Online. Regular and late fee-filled examination application forms will be deposited simultaneously in the concerned council state office on 2081/11/11.
