Park University Introduces Leadership Development Course
ParkULeads: A Four-Week Virtual Leadership Course
Park University's Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development has announced a new virtual leadership course, ParkULeads. This four-week program, starting from July 24 through August 14, aims to help individuals develop and enhance their leadership skills.
The course will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. each day and is designed to provide flexible, accessible leadership development opportunities for professionals seeking to advance their careers. The registration fee for ParkULeads is $249, which includes a predictive index assessment, a one-on-one executive coaching session, and sessions with Amy Leslie, chief executive officer of Perspective Consulting Inc., and Haley Grayless, chief executive officer of Vaxa Collective.
The program focuses on teaching participants what it takes to be an agile, resilient leader and aims to help them become better leaders who inspire people. It offers tips on understanding oneself and others to get more impact and provides participants with critical skills that increase their power of influence.
ParkULeads is part of the Office of Professional Education and Workforce Development's mission to enrich the lives of community members and promote the development of people and organizations.
