Police headquarters in Reutlingen host candidate meeting night
The Baden-Württemberg State Police is inviting young people, career changers, and lateral entrants to join them at the 'Night of Applicants' event on October 2, 2025. This unique opportunity offers a glimpse into the world of policing and provides valuable information about training and studying with the Baden-Württemberg State Police.
The event, which will take place from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, will be held at two locations: the Nürtingen police station and the Albstadt police station, both managed by the Police Headquarters Reutlingen.
Colleagues from various organizational units of the police will be present to showcase their different areas of work. Attendees can expect to meet representatives from the police dog unit, criminal police, criminal technology, traffic police, and patrol service.
For those interested in studying to become a higher police officer, the Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or an equivalent qualification is required. For training as a middle police officer, at least a medium-level education is necessary.
Young people who wish to attend the event are encouraged to register by sending an email to [email protected]. The email should include the registrant's name, address, age, telephone number, and the desired event location.
