The Tech & Learning Leadership Summit, scheduled for February 24, 2023, at the Adele H. Stamp Student Union in College Park, MD, is an exciting event that focuses on the unique needs of the region. This summit offers a platform for discussion, learning, and networking, with a primary focus on supporting student and teacher wellbeing.

A Fruitful Agenda

The discussion topics for the summit are varied and engaging. Attendees can look forward to exploring the importance of recognizing each student's strengths and promoting wellbeing in the educational environment under the topic, 'Supporting Student & Teacher Wellbeing.'

Another topic, 'Equity & Access,' delves into maximizing and creatively using technology to support the entire learning community. The session on 'Rethinking Traditional Class Schedules & Learning Spaces' addresses the adaptation of districts to offer more flexible learning time and space.

'Addressing Staff Pipeline and Shortages' is a discussion topic that aims to find creative solutions to staffing issues and shortages while offering more opportunities for students. The event will also include a session on Data Privacy & Cyber Security, discussing district data protection measures and resources.

Keynote Speakers

The closing keynote will be presented by Keith Krueger, CEO of the Consortium for School Network (CoSN). Krueger's keynote will feature the national Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) and insights for district administrators.
