Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Content Marketing, you will be primarily responsible for leading the strategy and performance of TripleTen's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals to fuel user growth and product adoption.
- Managing and optimizing content production pipelines, such as coordinating the creation of high-quality short-form videos daily to maintain consistent engagement.
- Driving social media growth with a focus on multiple channels, ensuring brand message consistency and audience engagement.
- Collaborating with other marketing functions to integrate content marketing efforts with wider campaigns, including influencer partnerships, PR, and paid media where relevant.
- Using performance data to monitor and improve content impact, adapting strategies to emerging social media trends and audience behavior.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in organic marketing, including strategy, content, and analytics. A strong operations mindset is necessary to manage multiple channels and track performance effectively. Background in journalism and experience working in media/editorial teams is a plus.
TripleTen’s content marketing leader must also be skilled in storytelling that resonates with industry decision-makers and career changers interested in digital and AI reskilling, given the company's educational focus.
