The Santander W50 Women Leadership Program, a renowned initiative dedicated to fostering female leadership, has announced its 15th edition in 2024, marking a significant global expansion. In collaboration with the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), this program aims to bring together 50 exceptional female executives from 11 countries, further underscoring its international reach and the growing importance of female leadership development on a global scale.

Organized by Santander Open Academy, a global learning and development platform, this program offers a transformative leadership development experience, networking opportunities with top-level female executives from diverse sectors and geographies, and engagement with world-class academic and business leaders at the LSE.

The program, which launches on November 18, 2024, will be offered in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Uruguay, and the US. Participants will benefit from an in-person course by the LSE, online, certificated courses, high-impact conferences, individual and group coaching sessions, and the opportunity to attend an event with the other winners of their local contest.

The winners of the global contest will also receive a fully subsidized, high-performance course in London by the LSE, covering course costs, tuition fees, and accommodation. Over 800 women have taken part in the SW50 program over the past 14 years, thanks to Santander Open Academy's commitment to offering fully subsidized courses, free high-quality learning content, and scholarships at top universities and institutions worldwide.

Santander, a pioneering stalwart of education, employability, and entrepreneurship for 27 years, has deployed over €2.3 billion and provided over €1.5 billion to help people and businesses through agreements with nearly 1,200 universities and organizations.
