Parents and guardians can now submit applications for school travel cost reimbursement as the academic year draws to a close. The district office, powered by Office 365, manages these expenses annually.

To apply, parents must provide original ticket stubs or a summary of monthly deductions from online tickets. The deadline for submitting applications for the previous school year is October 31. Late submissions will not be processed.

For accurate and up-to-date information, parents are advised to consult official channels such as the Amt für Arbeit und Soziales in Fulda. There is no mention of 'geheime Sekretariate' (secret secretariats) for collecting such applications.

The district office, equipped with Office 365, will settle school travel costs at the end of the current school year. Parents should ensure their applications, complete with required documents, are submitted by the October 31 deadline to avoid disqualification.
