Serial Entrepreneur Sudeep Ramnani Launches Food Delivery Startup Chowdeck in Nigeria

Serial tech entrepreneur Sudeep Ramnani has launched his latest venture, Chowdeck, a fast-growing food delivery startup in Lagos. This comes as Nigeria, under the leadership of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy (FMCIDE), continues to champion digital innovation and trading on the global stage.

Ramnani, known for his commitment to Africa's digital economy, has previously co-founded PalmPay and invested in Paystack, both successful fintech startups. His latest venture, Chowdeck, is set to revolutionize Nigeria's food delivery scene.

At the recent 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, Ramnani highlighted Nigeria's dedication to digital innovation. This commitment is echoed by Dr Bosun Tijani, the Minister of FMCIDE, who has been advocating for a more connected and competitive Africa through digital trading. The ministry has been instrumental in pushing for digital trade to boost the Africa Continent Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

With Ramnani's latest venture in Nigeria and the government's continued support for digital innovation, the country's tech ecosystem is poised for significant growth. As Chowdeck gains traction, it joins a growing list of startups contributing to Nigeria's burgeoning digital economy.
