Singapore's CyberBoost: Catalyse Launches to Propel Cybersecurity Startups Globally
Singapore's Cyber Security Agency (CSA) and National University of Singapore (NUS), in collaboration with UK's Plexal, have launched CyberBoost: Catalyse. This program aims to propel cybersecurity startups beyond their domestic markets. The first cohort comprises 10 Singapore-based startups, joining peers from India, Singapore, the UK, and the US.
The selected Singaporean startups are Antarex Cyber, Athenian Tech, Cloudsine, CyberCyte, InsiderSecurity, Protos Labs, pQCee, Scantist, SQR, and VulnCheck. Over six months, these startups will receive support to secure investment, build overseas networks, and develop go-to-market strategies. This program is designed to help them grow beyond their domestic market.
The startups will have the opportunity to showcase themselves at international events such as Singapore International Cyber Week and GovWare Conference and Exhibition. This exposure is expected to open doors for partnerships and investments from global players.
The CyberBoost: Catalyse program, funded by CSA, NUS, and Plexal, has selected 10 promising Singapore-based cybersecurity startups for its inaugural cohort. With six months of support, these startups aim to secure international investment, build global networks, and develop strategies to enter overseas markets. Their participation in international events like Singapore International Cyber Week and GovWare is set to provide a significant boost to their expansion plans.
