The agreement, signed at U-NOVUS, aims to develop educational and research potential at TUSUR and its students, and to execute joint initiatives in the field of educating specialists with a focus on telecommunications. The partnership is expected to increase students' career opportunities by incorporating industry expertise into academic programs.

The collaboration encompasses joint career orientation seminars, lectures, and expert participation in academic conferences at TUSUR. Furthermore, MTS plans to offer students paid internships.

According to the university's press service, TUSUR Rector Victor Rulevsky stated, "The agreement with MTS and the Systema Charitable Foundation permits us to move toward systemic collaboration, integrating advanced technologies and innovations directly into our academic process."

In addition to this agreement, TUSUR also signed another with the Systema Charitable Foundation, which outlines the development and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing educational, scientific-technical, and innovative activities among youth and supporting their employment.

Rulevsky added, "We place great importance on our ties with companies, particularly those shaping the future of high-tech industries. In this sense, the agreement with the Systema Charitable Foundation is an essential step in structuring systemic cooperation with leading domestic employers to jointly train sought-after engineering, IT specialists, and tech-savvy entrepreneurs."

These joint efforts emphasize hands-on training using advanced telecommunications infrastructure and technologies, including private LTE and 5G networks, allowing students to work with cutting-edge systems during their studies. This academic-industry collaboration aims to prepare students for careers by fostering skills that meet the demands of the fast-evolving communications sector, while offering them real-world project experience.

  1. The agreement between TUSUR, MTS, and the Systema Charitable Foundation will facilitate the development of educational and research potential at TUSUR, focusing on telecommunications, which falls under the realm of both business and technology.
  2. In the realm of education-and-self-development, the collaboration includes initiatives such as paid internships, career orientation seminars, and expert lectures, all of which aim to enhance students' career opportunities and prepare them for the fast-evolving communications sector.
