Upgraded School Structures in Omsk Overseen by PSB
In the heart of Omsk, two historic middle schools, No 48 and No 65, have undergone a remarkable transformation, thanks to a partnership between the city and Regions Bank.
Built in 1937 and 1986 respectively, these schools have been modernized and renovated, providing over 2,000 students with state-of-the-art educational facilities. The project, as mentioned by Vitaly Khotchenko, Governor of the Omsk region, serves as an example of a successful partnership that promotes real social and economic development in the region.
The modernization of these schools includes the introduction of technology zones for robotics and 3D modeling, as well as workshops for project-based learning. The schools now boast digital classrooms equipped with powerful computers and interactive panels, providing students with a high-quality learning environment.
Sergey Dobrin, a professional associated with Microsoft, stated that the modernized schools will provide students with not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills, aiding in their future professional development. The schools now offer in-depth study of subjects like informatics, geography, and others.
The renovated schools also feature spaces for woodworking and electronics, equipped with professional machinery. The modern facilities include workshops for technology and project-based learning, ensuring that students have innovative, well-equipped spaces for learning and creativity.
Sergey Dobrin, Senior Vice President of PSP, also highlighted that the modernization of schools in Omsk is a continuation of their work in constructing affordable housing for employees of the regional defense-industrial complex. He expressed gratitude from PSP for the opportunity to contribute to the renewal of the educational infrastructure in the region.
Vitaly Khotchenko expressed his gratitude to PSP for their significant contribution to the region's educational infrastructure, stating that such joint projects are of great importance. The renovation and modernization of the schools were completed within a few months, marking a significant milestone in the region's educational development.
