Ural's 'Management Cadres' Program Completes First Module, Aiding Special Operation Participants

The 'Management Cadres of the Urals' program, a regional counterpart to President Putin's 'Time of Heroes' initiative, has concluded its first module in the Sverdlovsk region. The program, aimed at developing personal and professional qualities, focused on the fundamentals of state governance. Governor Denis Pasler stressed the importance of supporting participants of the Special Military Operation in their education and employment.

The program consists of four modules, with the first one wrapping up recently. Participants have been given assignments to apply their newly acquired knowledge. From October 3, finalists will begin a new inter-module track, which includes supplementary lectures on state and municipal management, followed by testing or practical work. The head of the project in the Sverdlovsk region is Timur Yansurov.

The next in-person session for finalists is scheduled for November 26. Here, they will delve into the basics of regional financial and economic development. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive diplomas of professional retraining.

The 'Management Cadres of the Urals' program, having completed its first watch, continues to support and educate participants of the Special Military Operation. The next session in November will further enrich their knowledge, setting them on a path to professional growth and development.
