Yakutia Leader Aysen Nikolayev Extends Greetings on Children's Day

New and Improved: A Warm Salute to Yakutia's Children's Day

Yo, Yakutians!

I'm sending my sincerest props to you all on Children's Day! This vibrant and joyful celebration is all about our future - our youth. Every kid is one-of-a-kind, brimming with talent and deserving of a rockin' childhood and a dazzling future.

Our mission is to safeguard the health, welfare, and happiness of all little ones within the republic. We're committed to fostering an environment of love, care, and equal opportunities for all. We're beefing up the education system, expanding social assistance for families, constructing new schools, daycares, culture centers, and sports studios, and integrating state-of-the-art tech to unlock each kid's potential.

You know, Yakutia? It's a star student in demographic indicators within the Far Eastern Federal District and the nation! Over the past three-and-a-half years, more than 35,000 families have pocketed the "Century of Children" payment. By 2025, this amount will be 116,756 rubles per child. Add that to the republican family capital "Family" (for the birth of the third and subsequent children) worth 316,200 rubles since 2025, and the total support for the birth of the third and subsequent children now totals 433,000 rubles!

We've got more than 34,000 big families here, and we couldn't be prouder of each one!

The birth rate keeps on climbing, testifying to the strength of family traditions and the success of state policies.

Our kids are lively, kind, and energetic. They've got oodles of opportunities to channel their boundless energy, strength, and excitement. More than a thousand events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War drew tens of thousands of schoolkids in Yakutia!

A nationwide youth movement, "Dvizhenie Pervykh," is thriving in the republic, with branches popping up all over 36 districts and 779 primary branches! The unified children's movement "Stremitelnost" ("Dyuuluur") unites 800 children's public associations, engaging over 100,000 young ’uns!

We keep an eye on families whose members are participating in the special military operation. We're doing everything in our power to make sure their children feel the love and support of the state during this rough patch.

Since 2022, a program has been in motion to support talented grads in the republic - a reward of 100,000 rubles for the highest scores on the Unified State Exam (USE). This year, 8,505 people are rocking the USE, including 8,112 current grads. Meanwhile, 14,865 ninth-graders are sitting for the Basic State Exam (BSE). We can't wait to see those victory laps!

Our kids are scoring big, racking up wins and prizes at olympiads and competitions, festivals, and events both locally and abroad. Witness Maxim Yevseyev, a 10th-grader who became a double winner at the national school olympiad – in French and English! The children's wind orchestra of the Higher School of Music became the I-degree laureate at the national wind orchestra festival-competition "Stalin Cup." Kids from Yakutsk made the finals of the international educational project "Icebreaker of Knowledge," in which over 63,000 children participated.

These achievements are all thanks to the caretaking approach of parents, teachers, medics, volunteers, and officials. Oh, and not to forget those astonishing kiddos!

Here's to good health, happiness, inspiration, and boundless energy for all! May your hearts brim with love, your paths be lit by friendship, and your futures shine brightly with hope! 🎉🎈🎂🎁🎵🎶

During this time of celebrating Children's Day, let's analyze the significant role of education and self-development in shaping our youth. The commitment towards improving the education system also encompasses politics, ensuring equal opportunities and a nurturing environment for all children in Yakutia.

In the larger scope of things, general news emphasizes the importance of providing support to families with multiple children, investing in their future generations. By enhancing the financial assistance in place, families can experience a steadier economic standpoint, creating a more favorable environment for education and self-development.
